How do you access our data? Is it secure?

Read-only API keys scoped to the minimum data required for reporting. We cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your PSA or RMM. Keys are stored encrypted. We sign an NDA before any access is granted. Most MSPs are up and running within a week of sharing credentials.

What does the free sample report actually look like?

You tell us your PSA and RMM. We build a fully formatted sample report using anonymized data from a similar-sized MSP, branded to your company, written in plain English. No access to your systems needed. Takes 48 hours. If you like it, we scope the full setup. If not, you keep the sample.

How long does setup take?
